  • The site tells you about RoanTek and our products. Our products are in development, so details can change.
  • Please use the site and its forms fairly: no attacks, no heavy scraping, no spam.
  • The site is provided as it is, without guarantees.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of roantek.com, including www.roantek.com (the "site"), operated by RoanTek, LLC, a TODO(legal): state of formation limited liability company ("RoanTek", "we", "us").

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms do not cover our apps. PastPing, Hauntifi, ShadowPlaces and PartnerUnity each have their own terms on their own websites.

What the site is for

The site is here to tell you about RoanTek and the products we build. Its content is for general information only.

Our products are in development. Descriptions of what they do, who they are for and when they will be available may change, and a product may change or not launch.

Using the site fairly

When you use the site, please do not:

  • try to break into, disrupt or overload the site or the systems behind it;
  • scrape or copy the site in a way that places a heavy load on it;
  • use the contact or waitlist forms to send spam, false information or anything unlawful or abusive;
  • use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Our forms

When you send us a message or join a waitlist, please give accurate details. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Joining a waitlist does not reserve access to a product or create any obligation for either of us.

Our content and names

The site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, belong to RoanTek or are used with permission. RoanTek, PastPing, Hauntifi, ShadowPlaces and PartnerUnity are names used by RoanTek.

You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, change or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, RoanTek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. TODO(legal): review this limitation and add any liability cap.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
